Road Closure - Stanton Lane and West Lane

A Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (TTRO) will be in place on Stanton Lane (Ellistown / Stanton under Bardon) and West Lane (Stanton under Bardon) to enable Earth Construction Ltd, on behalf of Wood Farm Holdings Ltd, to carry out Section 278 development works safely.
The works will run for up to 21 weeks from 7 April 2026 and will include temporary traffic signals, a 30mph speed restriction, and weekend road closures.
Phases of work:
Phase 1: 2 weeks – 4-way signals at West Lane / Victoria Road roundabout (30mph limit)
Phase 2: Up to 18 weeks – 2-way signals on West Lane (30mph limit)
Phase 3: 4 weekend closures on West Lane (Sat 13:00 – Mon 05:00):
27–29 June 2026
18–20 July 2026
25–27 July 2026
1–3 August 2026
Closures will affect West Lane between Cliffe Hill Quarry and Stanton Lane.
